Today was very productive.  I am really glad we have hired someone else.
Rob and John really work well together.  They are the same age and have known each other forever.
Rob has also had a rough time lately.  One of his three daughters has Leukaemia so the last year has been devoted to her.  Hospital visits and doctors appointments.
These guys also share all the places the locals go for great deals.  The best place to buy fish, beef, flooring whatever you are looking for they can help.

The wall and joists went up pretty quickly.  Brian has had to admit he needs to let the guys do what they do.  They have been doing it for so long there is no need to give them instructions or micro manage what they are doing.
Case in point the wall between the workshop and garage went up in hours instead of a week.
Rob is always saying "work smarter not harder"  It may be sinking in.
