Damn plumper never did show up.  Lucky for me Brian got here quite early and started ripping the ceiling down to find out where the water was coming from.
Turns out someone had just not put any effort into tightening a hose that came loose when all the demo was taking place.
Now I have a big hole in the dining room ceiling and it will be there for some time,
We just did more cleanup and finalizing where doors, windows, toilets, sinks, etc. should go.
That part is fun but I have to be careful to not give in too much in my vision for the house.  That's what happens when you have two people with very different tastes.  We have been negotiating on some of the bigger items.
Brian can choose the siding colour but then I get a door out of the library to a deck we will put on the sunroom instead of a roof.
Lets see what tomorrow and the forecast rain do to the open addition.
