Well I am back after a summer of many trips west and lots of visits from children.  Brian has been out in the Miata and golfing as much as he can
Loved it all but it has set us back so we are now playing catch-up.

The windows in the old part of the house have now all been replaced and that has made a mess of the work we did last year.  A lot of  that dry walling and painting we did then will now have to be repaired.  Later though we have other things to do right now.

It has been nice having Evan here to help.  Brian works really well with him and things go faster when he is around.

We have hired someone to finish the drywall on the main level which has turned out really well.

Almost ready to mud and tape.

The windows were not as hard as we thought.  I did not like climbing up the ladder so this helped but it was too difficult to move so it stayed there.

The kids got to see the street being paved.  Brian thinks they will need to justify the large taxes they will want when we are done.
