I hate it when we don't see any progress.  It may be happening but you just cannot see it.

Still mudding and now sanding as well getting ready for the final coat so it can be primed.

Brian is busy doing electrical and keeping away from the drywall until the guys are ready to paint.
Then he will decide if it is good enough for the paint or do we need to work on it some more.

I'm ready to order the flooring but need to get them moving on the garage floor first then we can do floors.  I really want to do the floors with Evan and Brian.  It should be our job and I just need to convince Evan to come down for a longer stay when we are ready.

If we get this electrical done the guys can drywall the main floor while we put floors down upstairs.
Trim can wait and if the floors are done on moving day bedroom furniture can go where it belongs instead of the garage.

I'd tell you about some more of our quotes but it's becoming such a pattern.  $5000. as a starting point.

Still no plumber but we did have someone else come and look at the job.  If by next Friday he does not show up these guys will see if they can figure out what he was doing and help us.  No price but I bet $5000. is a starting point.
