So we have not heard back from our real estate agent yet. I bet he was not happy to have two commissions in one deal taken away.
We will have to call him and ask about this whole thing.

Yesterday was making a hole in the basement wall so we can finish form work for that part of the build.   The concrete saw is gas and very heavy.  Brian really suffered sore arms with that job, but we were able to get the sawing done for two doorways with one cheap blade.

Not much else happened yesterday but we are considering hiring extra help since we lose the boys so much and we need someone who we can call when the big jobs happen.  They can't help having to go home sometimes but work must go on and can't wait for them to get back.  I am strong but sometimes just not strong enough.
Back to work.

Had the inspector come out and we can pour this part next week.
